Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address diverse emotional and mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments, identifying clients’ emotional and mental health needs, and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with immediate coping strategies and support during critical moments.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and session outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about licensure requirements and pursuing continuing education opportunities in relevant therapeutic areas.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
