The Opportunity MIT Health seeks a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established Lexington, MA office located on the campus of MIT Lincoln Laboratory. The Lexington practice serves a unique patient population, including MIT and Lincoln Laboratory faculty, researchers, engineers, staff, retirees and their families who live and work near Lexington. Clinic schedules are structured to allow ample time with your patients, allowing you to develop deep, longitudinal relationships, engage in meaningful preventive health discussions, and provide full-scope primary care management of chronic conditions. Direct Patient Care: Manage a diverse patient panel (approx. 1,200 - 1,500 patients) in a modern, well-equipped primary care setting Comprehensive Services: Deliver preventive care for adults and children, chronic disease management, acute care, and women\'s health services (no obstetrics.) Care for a small panel of pediatric patients in a family medicine model.
