Family Medicine Physician

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Malden, MA .

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients.
• Provide primary care needs with same‑day or scheduled in‑office or telehealth appointments.
• Work cross‑functionally with various members of the medical community.
• Engage in community care by bringing academic and community resources to patients' locale.
• Minimize administrative burden using new AI scribing, RN/LPN, fully trained MA, coder, front desk staff, and billing specialists.
• Contribute to an inclusive, innovative, balanced, collaborative, and fun teamwork culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for primary care for all ages.
• Team player excited to work cooperatively with diverse stakeholders and disciplines to champion world‑class patient satisfaction.
• Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current CPR certification required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $290,000 annually.
