  1,100 Bed Hospital

• \n

  Open & Closed ICU

\n
• \n

  5 nocturnists on per night
  

\n
\n

• \n

  ICU Coverage

\n
\n
• \n

  Cross-cover ICU (split between floor and ICU call)

\n
• \n

  Call the in-house nocturnist/intensivist as needed

\n
• \n

  Always someone available to assist

\n
• \n

  Advance plan of care, not just monitor

\n
\n

• \n

  Rapids & Codes

\n
\n
• \n

  Dedicated rapid response and code team  

\n
• \n

  Critical Care responds to codes — you may assist if it is your patient

\n

\n
• \n

  Workload

\n
\n
• \n

  ~10 patient encounters per night

\n
• \n

  8–12 admissions (average 8–10)

\n
• \n

  Handoff patients to ER if needed

\n
\n

  $455,000 Base Salary

  $10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
