As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. From the first "Hello!" to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move‑in day a breeze. Responsibilities Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home, ensuring a seamless, fun, and stress‑free experience. Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm. Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community. Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while maintaining top‑notch customer service. Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else. What We Offer Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly. Full‑Time Flexibility – Work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday/holiday. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales required. Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes. Physical & Work Requirements Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as‑needed basis) and holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly. Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and must approve their schedules with their supervisor. Work environment: General office environment; ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds; ability to move about the property, stand or sit for extended periods, walk, climb stairs, work in various weather conditions and variable climates.
