Leasing Consultant - Property Management Location: Portland, OR 97201 Schedule: Monday through Friday Pay: $22-$24 per hour We are a professional, resident‑focused property management company committed to providing exceptional service and well‑maintained communities. We're seeking a Leasing Consultant who understands the leasing process, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can deliver results with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities * Greet prospective residents and provide high‑quality, informative property tours * Respond quickly to phone, email, and online inquiries to maximize leasing opportunities * Demonstrate strong product knowledge and highlight community features and benefits * Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare accurate lease agreements * Manage renewals, resident communication, and customer service needs * Maintain organized records and update property management software daily * Assist with marketing, outreach, and occupancy‑driven initiatives * Ensure the leasing office, model units, and amenities are clean and presentable Qualifications * Previous leasing experience required (property management or multifamily preferred) * Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Professional appearance and positive, solution‑focused attitude * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment * Comfortable using computers and leasing software * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Ability to work Saturdays as needed Benefits Through BG Staffing * Weekly pay * Health, dental, and vision insurance options * PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws * Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
