OTE : $90,000-$120,000 for entry level sales 

For those in their 5th year or sales or experienced sales this role can make over $250,000 a year. 

Goal is 50% of your sales come from company supplied leads and 50% come from self sourcing.

The Roof Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our sales operations by developing client relationships and delivering tailored roofing solutions. We are seeking an individual who is not only passionate about sales but also possesses a deep understanding of the roofing industry. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and its clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the company’s sales goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry research to expand the customer base.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to propose bespoke roofing solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that clearly outline the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit in all agreements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and align with the client’s expectations and budget.
• Provide hands-on support during roofing projects, including site visits and coordination with project managers and installation teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Participate in trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events to represent the company and enhance brand visibility.
• Compile and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations during sales operations and client interactions.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new sales staff and team members to foster a high-performing sales environment.

Requirements

• 1 Year experience in sales.
• Understanding of roofing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs.
• Proficiency in using CRM software. 
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform tasks that may require climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
