Closing Specialist

WHAT YOULL DO

Review title commitments, vesting, taxes, payoffs, and lender instructions; coordinate clearances and endorsements.

Schedule closings and notary appointments, confirm details, and answer pre-closing questions.

Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, fees, and closing packages.

Review signed documents, resolve corrections, and coordinate accurate, timely disbursements.

Keep clients and transaction partners informed, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate file records.

Escalate complex issues, suggest process improvements, and help train team members. Occasional overtime may be required.

WHAT YOU BRING

At least 3 years of closing experience, preferably in title insurance or real estate settlement.

Knowledge of closing requirements across loan products.

Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage deadlines independently and collaborate with a team.

Resware or similar software experience is a plus; multi-state experience is helpful, not required.
