Assignment: Contracts Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Review invoices for compliance with riles on cost reimbursement for architecture and engineering contracts

Required Skills and Qualifications: Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets of numbers and understanding percentages. Good customer service skills, good writing skills in particular.

Location: Downtown Seattle- Mostly remote: Must be on-site for a monthly on-site meeting.
Duration: 5 months: Start Date: March 1, 2026; End Date:August 31, 2026
Pay: $40.95 per hour
