Job Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations for patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and craft personalized treatment plans to fit their unique needs.

• Educate both patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and effective home exercise practices.
• Diligently document evaluations, treatments, and progress per facility and regulatory guidelines.

Required Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification is preferred.
