Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse

We are looking for a licensed nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist or LPN. The ideal candidate will live within the El Paso, TX and surrounding areas (Las Cruces, NM) and travel to facility locations across multiple cities. Day travel and some overnights may be required, including early‑morning wound rounds. Periodic training trips involving flight travel may be required. We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers, requiring self‑monitoring for COVID‑19 and adherence to CDC and CMS guidelines, providing full PPE and telehealth tools as needed. Responsibilities Work with long‑term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions Monitor proper application and utilization of wound care products Understand Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines Educate facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements Order wound care products through our internal system “FastCare” so residents receive their products Support facility wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of coverage guidelines Requirements Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR‑L, DPM or similar). Certification may be earned in the first year of hire.
