Junior Accounts Payable
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing finance team, the part-time Junior Accounts Payable will process a high volume of invoices, perform full-cycle accounts payable duties, and provide customer service to vendors while working remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities: Process a high volume of invoices to reduce the existing backlog Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable duties, including invoice coding, approvals, and processing Support the AP team with day-to-day invoice processing activities Required qualifications: Approximately 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience Experience processing invoices in an enterprise ERP system (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Quick learner with a solid understanding of AP fundamentals Corporate AP experience preferred; industry experience is not important Candidates with only QuickBooks experience are generally not a fit
