Associate Attorney – Insurance Litigation Full-Time, Permanent $154,000+ (Commensurate with experience) A highly respected, mid‑sized law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their sophisticated Insurance group. This role offers the opportunity to handle high‑value, complex litigation matters while working closely with leading practitioners in the field. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses. Conduct complex legal research and analyze intricate insurance policies and factual scenarios. Depose witnesses, attend court hearings, and actively participate in trial preparation. Collaborate effectively with senior partners, associates, and dedicated support staff while maintaining the ability to work independently. Requirements 3+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong background in litigation. Experience handling insurance coverage matters is highly desirable but not required. Active admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. Admission to the New York Bar is a distinct advantage. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
