What You’ll Own Lead daily operations for multifamily and commercial roofing projects Perform inspections to assess scope, progress, and quality Make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track Manage subcontractors and field crews Set expectations around quality, timeline, and safety Hold teams accountable while building strong working relationships Manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics Communicate with property managers and stakeholders Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard What We’re Looking For You don’t need roofing experience—we can teach that.
