Full-Charge Bookkeeper Summary:
We're hiring for a growing CPA firm servicing diverse individual and business clients seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper.
Full-Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients including monthly financials, quarterly reporting, and bank/expense reconciliations
- Review and record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Prepare sales taxes and payroll taxes at the end of each month
- Payroll processing
- RT6, 940, 941, 1099 and W2 preparation
- Monitor financial transactions and reporting
- Process checks
Full-Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience for multiple clients
- Hands-on MS Office including Excel and QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Tax preparation experience a plus
