Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home patient care. This role involves supporting patients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and document patients' health status and report any changes to healthcare team
Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Maintain clear communication with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene of the patient environment
Comply with staffing requirements, including availability every other weekend

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification/license is required
Demonstrate reliable transportation and punctuality
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Must have completed or be willing to complete COVID-19 vaccination requirements or hold valid exemptions
Capable of following detailed care instructions and protocols
