Be the First Voice Families Trust

• Answer incoming calls with urgency, empathy, and heart

• Ask thoughtful questions to truly understand each family’s needs

• Guide them toward the best care solutions — even if it’s not us

Lead the Client Experience

• Conduct in-home assessments and create personalized care plans

• Coordinate seamless care starts that set everyone up for success

• Ensure every client feels supported, heard, and valued

Champion Quality Care

• Perform supervisory visits (both announced & unannounced)

• Proactively solve concerns and elevate the client experience

• Collaborate with recruiting to ensure the right Care Pro fit

Build Powerful Relationships

• Connect with hospitals, clinics, assisted living, and community partners

• Represent Right at Home at events, networking opportunities, and outreach

• Be a trusted resource and advocate in your community

Support the Team When It Counts

• Assist with scheduling and office support as needed

• Help onboard and introduce Care Pros to clients

• Step in to provide care when needed — because we lead from the front

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required

• Active CNA/CMA license in Nebraska (preferred/required based on role needs)

• Valid driver’s license & insurance

• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
