NOW HIRING – RETREAD PLANT LABORERS IN CHARLEROI, PAExpress Employment Professionals is hiring Retread Plant Laborers for a busy commercial truck tire retread plant in Charleroi, PA .
This is a full-time production and general labor position working with commercial truck tires as part of the tire retreading process. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable performing physical labor, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a production environment .
No previous tire retreading experience is required!

As a Retread Plant Laborer , you will assist with the production and preparation of commercial truck tires for the retreading process.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with the commercial tire retreading process
- Handle and move large truck tires throughout the plant
- Inspect tires and identify visible defects or damage
- Prepare tires for various stages of the retread process
- Load and unload tires and materials
- Operate basic production equipment as trained
- Maintain proper organization of tires and materials
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
- Work closely with other tire plant and production employees
- Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned
This is a physically demanding tire production position . Candidates must be comfortable with:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Handling and moving large commercial truck tires
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and crouching
- Performing repetitive physical tasks
- Working in a fast-paced tire manufacturing/production environment
- Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE
