You'll gain familiarity with project scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations while proactively recognizing and communicating scope or design changes. You'll also provide on-site assistance during startup activities and coordinate closely with project staff and discipline leads.Your work will include developing:Installation detailsSingle-line diagramsElectrical room layoutsMotor control elementariesConnection diagramsCable schedulesControl panel layoutsGrounding, lighting, and power plansBring your curiosity, organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and technical expertise to a team focused on delivering impactful engineering solutions.ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical engineering design and coordination for facility and infrastructure projectsProduce and review electrical drawings, calculations, and specificationsCoordinate engineering activities with multi-disciplinary project teamsSupport project execution by maintaining schedule and technical quality expectationsIdentify and communicate scope changes and design impacts in a timely mannerParticipate in startup and field support activities as neededAssist with construction administration activities including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field observationsCollaborate with clients, project managers, and engineering teams throughout project executionQualificationsRequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy EngineeringMinimum of 6 years of electrical engineering experienceEngineer in Training (EIT) certificationExperience with Services During Construction (SDC) or Construction Administration (CA), including:Submittal reviewsRFI responsesDesign verification walksField observation reportsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work effectively in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
