As our Senior Estimator, you'll begin each day evaluating potential opportunities throughout the Gulf South, identifying projects that align with our capabilities and strategic goals. You'll carefully review plans and specifications, quantify materials required for construction projects, and develop pricing that positions Arrowhead Contracting for success while maintaining accuracy and competitiveness. Throughout the process, you'll collaborate with internal teams, leverage your expertise in federal construction estimating, and play an integral role in supporting bids that help secure exciting new projects. Your work won't just influence numbers on a spreadsheet. It will directly contribute to the growth of the company and the successful execution of projects across the region.

Required Qualifications:

• Federal construction estimating background

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of estimating experience
• Proven track record of producing accurate, competitive estimates
