LPN Care Coordinator — Senior Care Records & Coordination
$30 - $35 per hourMedElite Group, LLC.
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a responsible LPN to assist with reviewing patient charts and ensuring records reflect the condition and treatment needs of each resident. The LPN Care Coordinator will review charts, submit RVLs to the supervisor, follow color-coding guidelines, assist HR and operations, and participate in pod meetings. This is an in-office, full-time role located in Hollywood, FL, with a schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and a salary of $30.00–$35.00 per hour; benefits include #J-18808-Ljbffr MedElite Group, LLC.
