Let’s build a future together. Compensation: $29 - $35 hourly Responsibilities: Operate horizontal directional drills, ensuring precision and safety in all drilling activities. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute drilling projects efficiently and effectively. Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team. Communicate clearly with project managers and team members to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during drilling to minimize downtime. Document project progress and equipment usage accurately for reporting and analysis purposes. Qualifications: Experience in operating horizontal directional drills, specifically Ditch Witch JT10, JT25, and JT28, or comparable models. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to plan and execute drilling projects efficiently. Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols and regulations in a construction environment. Skill in conducting pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on drilling equipment. Strong communication skills to ensure alignment with project managers and team members. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime. Ability to document project progress and equipment usage accurately for reporting purposes.
