Starting Compensation

• $48,000 base salary
• Monthly, quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
• Typical first-year earnings of approximately $62,000
• Proven progression to approximately $75,000-$80,000 at the Senior Hiring Specialist level
• Market Leader opportunities approaching and exceeding $100,000, with significant upside tied to market growth

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of professional experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
