International Sales Manager (m/w/d) - Polen, Slowakei und Tschechien

Zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Sales-Teams suchen wir einen International Sales Manager (m/w/d) für Polen, Slowakei und Tschechien. Ihre Aufgaben Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden und Vertriebspartner in Polen, der Slowakei und Tschechien Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie Ausbau und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen Verantwortung für die Umsatzplanung, Budgetierung und Zielerreichung in den betreuten Ländern Führung von Verhandlungs- und Jahresgesprächen mit Kunden und Vertriebspartnern Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Vertriebsstrategien Monitoring relevanter Vertriebskennzahlen sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management Durchführung Monatlicher Review Meetings zu GuV und Vertrieb Führung der lokalen Mitarbeiter in Polen in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Kundenservice, Servicezentrum und Verwaltung Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Technik oder eine vergleichbare technisch/kaufmännische Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld oder im technischen B2B-Vertrieb, Kenntnisse des polnischen Marktes Sehr gute Polnisch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Tschechisch u.
