Lead Toddler Teacher

We are looking for someone patient and nurturing to help our toddlers learn, play, and grow in a safe, fun classroom. Join our team and make a real difference every day! What You'll Do Teaching & Classroom Management: Work together with your co-teacher to teach daily lessons and keep the classroom safe, happy, and well-organized. Health & Safety: Handle potty time, diapering, handwashing, and room sanitizing. Keep a close eye on the kids at all times to follow state safety rules. Parent Communication: Send daily updates on meals, naps, and progress, and meet with parents to talk about their child's development. Record Keeping: Log attendance and daily app notes accurately to meet licensing standards. Certifications & Privacy: Keep your CPR/First Aid and SIDS training current, pass background checks, and protect family privacy. Team & Professional Development: Join staff meetings and complete required training hours to stay up-to-date on childcare best practices. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of licensed child care experience. Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. A strong understanding of child development.
