Department / Unit and Shift Patient Engagement Center – Day shift (United States of America) Salary Range $46,215.00 - $60,080.00 Scope of Role The Patient Engagement Liaison is the first contact to Albany Med via telephone, providing the first touchpoint in our Patient’s Experience. This role requires a compassionate and respectful approach, engaging callers in a professional manner and triaging patient and provider requests for services swiftly and accurately. Responsibilities Handle high-volume workload and stressful environment. Multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently. Engage patients/customers in a calm and respectful manner, regardless of tone or attitude via telephone. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with minimal error. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to manage high-volume workflow with quick turnaround time of telephone calls and fax information.
