3rd Shift Warehouse WorkerThis role involves working in a busy warehouse environment on the 3rd shift, handling order picking, pallet building, and shipment verification using various types of material handling equipment. You will help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency in a non-temperature-controlled facility.Responsibilities:Pick and verify customer orders accurately to ensure correct products and quantities are prepared for shipment.Build stable and secure pallets for outbound shipments, following established stacking and wrapping procedures.Operate various types of material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts and stand-up forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify inventory, maintaining accurate records of all product movement.Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory counts and documentation.Follow all safety policies and procedures when operating equipment and moving materials throughout the warehouse.Work independently or as part of a team to meet high-demand workloads and production goals.Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting coworkers as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift.Essential Skills:Experience operating forklifts and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or similar environment.Proficiency with RF scanners for inventory management, order picking, and verification.Demonstrated ability to perform accurate order picking and pallet building.Strong focus on safety when operating material handling equipment and moving products.Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team to meet workload demands.Dependability and consistent attendance for scheduled 3rd shift hours.Positive attitude and strong work ethic, arriving ready to work and contribute each shift.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled environment that can be warm in the summer and chilly in the winter.Willingness to work various shifts if needed, including 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and support team goals.Why Work Here?You will join a laid-back, team-oriented warehouse environment where coworkers support one another to get the job done safely and efficiently. The warehouse operates multiple shifts, including 2nd shift (Monday–Friday 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), and 3rd shift (9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.), providing structured hours in a production-driven environment where material handling equipment and RF scanners are used regularly.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
