About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Massari Dentistry & Aesthetics as a Patient Coordinator! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while managing their appointments and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients in-person and over the phone.

Assist with patient intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.

Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure smooth operations.

Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.

Educate patients on treatment plans and office policies.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.

Insurance verification and billing experience.
