Safety Coordinator

Our client, industry-leading organization is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team. As a Safety Coordinator, you will be part of the safety and compliance department supporting operational safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Safety Coordinator Location: Denver, CO Pay Range: $58.42 Shift: Days What's the Job? Define and document policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards. Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to support operational goals and reduce incidents. Coordinate employee compliance training and ensure completion of all required courses. Conduct audits to verify compliance with safety policies and investigate any complaints or deficiencies. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop corrective action plans. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in safety, environmental management, or related field. 5-7 years of hands‑on experience in safety, environmental, or transportation safety within warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Certification in safety (such as CSP) or working toward such certification is preferred. Valid Driver's License with proof of liability coverage meeting company standards. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead teams. What's in it for me?
