Account Executive

The Scent Standard is a luxury fragrance company delivering premium HVAC-integrated scenting systems to residential, retail, and commercial properties across South Florida. We are growing quickly and looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team. What You'll Do Prospect and close new business across residential, retail, and commercial verticals Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, property managers, developers, and luxury brand partners Conduct on-site walkthroughs and deliver tailored scenting proposals Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close and installation Represent The Scent Standard at local networking events and industry functions What We're Looking For 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury products, hospitality, real estate, or a related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong network in the South Florida market — interior design, real estate, or hospitality a plus Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Polished communicator with a genuine passion for luxury products and elevated experiences What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission PTO Why Join The Scent Standard This is a high-upside opportunity with an early-stage luxury services company that has strong growth momentum.
