job summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst Consultant with specialized Salesforce expertise to join our client's project team. In this role, you will be the primary link between business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for requirement discovery, crafting user stories, mapping complex processes, and assessing system impacts.

The goal is to streamline business requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality system upgrades, new features, and critical fixes across our enterprise application suite.

responsibilities:



70% Analysis & Requirement Engineering

• Engage with organizational stakeholders to audit existing workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Utilize diverse elicitation techniques (workshops, targeted interviews, and surveys) to define requirements for new systems, UI/UX improvements, and process overviews.
• Partner with external vendors and internal technical squads to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on industry best practices.
• Produce comprehensive documentation tailored to specific audiences (from C-Suite to Developers), including functional specs, wireframes, swim-lane diagrams, and future-state workflows.

20% Testing & Quality Assurance

• Coordinate with global development teams (onshore and offshore) and QA specialists to validate system integrity.
• Lead the planning, facilitation, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business criteria.

5% Mentorship

• Provide peer reviews, professional guidance, and constructive feedback to junior team members to maintain high delivery standards.

5% General Support

• Handle additional project-related tasks and duties as required.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• B2B Expertise: Proven track record of documenting customer-centric requirements aimed at reducing friction and improving data transparency.
• Methodological Toolkit: Expert in AS-IS/TO-BE modeling, mock-up creation, and drafting detailed acceptance criteria.
• Design Sensibility: Solid understanding of modern Digital UI/UX best practices.
• Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience working within SDLC and Scrum frameworks; hands-on experience with Jira is essential.
• Systems Integration: Skilled in documenting complex requirements for data flow between enterprise-level platforms.
• Process Design: Mastery of workflow analysis and business process architecture.
• Compliance & Governance: Strong familiarity with IT standards, information security protocols, and formal Project Management methodologies.
• Data Savvy: Experience navigating multiple data sources and various ERP environments.
• Preferred Assets: * Sector experience in Manufacturing or Building Materials.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Lucid Charts.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud .

qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business (IT concentration), or a demonstrated history of equivalent professional success.

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated systems analysis and design experience. You should have a portfolio of successful medium-to-large scale implementations, ideally within the B2B durable goods or manufacturing sectors.

Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or an equivalent industry certification is highly preferred.
