EHR Archival Project Coordinator

Job Title: EHR Archival Project Coordinator. Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid - local or Florida candidates preferred; on-site when needed). Employment Type: W2 with our client. About the Opportunity: ZipStaff is seeking a Project Coordinator for EHR and EMR archival and application-retirement work at a healthcare organization. You will coordinate workstreams, run vendor and stakeholder meetings, and be the user contact for the Galen VCO archival solution. This is a coordination and support seat - not a clinical analyst role and not a PMO director role. What You'll Do: Coordinate archival and application-retirement workstreams against milestones. Track progress, dependencies, risks, and resource needs, and escalated early. Liaise between leadership, operations, vendors, and project teams. Be the point of contact for Galen VCO users: questions, triage, and vendor follow-through. Support testing, training, and go-live. Keep plans, action logs, status reports, and executive decks current. Required Qualifications: 4+ years project coordination or project management on complex healthcare projects. Healthcare operations and clinical or business workflows. Stakeholder coordination, deliverable tracking, and executive reporting. Issue coordination across users, technical teams, and vendors. Microsoft 365, intermediate Excel, and executive presentations. Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps. Bachelor's or equivalent experience. Able to be on-site in Tallahassee when the project needs it. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: EHR / EMR archival, data migration, or application decommissioning. Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or STAR. PMP, CAPM, or PMI-ACP. Based in Tallahassee or Florida.
