Program Manager, Precision Medicine and Biopharma Solutions (Client Facing)

Program Manager role within Danaher Diagnostics' Precision Medicine and Biopharma Solutions group, responsible for executing high-priority projects and driving process improvements across the BioPharma function. Reports to VP of Marketing and Operations with eligibility for remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Lead high-priority external-facing projects and cross-functional teams ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery
Work independently with BioPharma team and Diagnostic OpCo partners to execute Book of Work programs
Drive project execution using Danaher Business System tools, AI platforms, Smartsheet, and Microsoft suite
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes applying continuous improvement principles and problem-solving methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering field with 3+ years program management experience, or advanced degree (PhD/MD) in biological science with 9+ years experience
PMP certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not currently certified
Experience across full new product development lifecycle from concept through commercial execution
Proven ability to deliver programs in matrixed corporate environment managing multiple competing priorities
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail; strategic and tactical thinking capability

Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
