Arkansas Talent Group seeks an experienced payroll specialist to join a large thriving organization! The payroll specialist will report to the payroll manager and support payroll for 800+ employees in multiple locations and states. Job Duties
- Assist the payroll manager with processing over 800+ employees in ADP
- Data entry and reconciling payroll weekly
- Making changes to payroll as needed
- Wage garnishments
- Tax compliance/understanding of the filing requirements for local, city and municipal taxes
- Audit and reporting
- Assist with monthly financial statements
- Point of contact for employees and leadership with payroll needs and discrepancies
- Special Projects as needed by the Payroll Manager
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience processing payroll with 350+ or more employees
- Experience processing multiple sites/states
- Payroll tax, reporting, and compliance experience
- Experience with ADP highly desirable
