Bookkeeper

ThomasRoss Financial Group

ThomasRoss Group is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper Responsible for the books and records of multiple small to mid-sized clients including those with weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual write-up or reporting needs. Timesheet management and payroll processing Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns and filings for multiple businesses and household employers Prepare Sales and Use Tax returns Prepare Commercial Rent Tax returns Communicate with clients and provide support to professionals Monthly cash flow statements Analyzing expenses Prepare annual 1099, BPOL, and Personal Property Tax forms Personal Responsibilities Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper; experience at a professional services organization preferred Strong understanding of bookkeeping, basic financial reporting and payroll process and filing requirements Preferred system experience: -QuickBooks Desktop -QuickBooks Online -1099-Etc Advanced knowledge of Excel Payroll Tax knowledge is a plus Outstanding communication and administrative skills Detail-oriented Well-developed work ethic with the ability to shift focus as necessary and adhere to various needs across clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
