We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time direct-hire opportunity in Little Rock. This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with accounting software in a fast-paced environment.

** Responsibilities **

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
• Prepare and process ACH, wire, and check payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Respond to vendor inquiries and support internal departments

** Requirements **

• Experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or a related accounting role
• Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions accurately
