What You’ll Do: As a key member of our residential team, you will move beyond just supervising—you will become a partner in recovery. Provide Hands-On Support: Guide individuals through daily household tasks, meal preparation, and personal care (ADLs). Empower Independence: Work one-on-one to help individuals develop skills, regain independence, and achieve your personal goals. Facilitate Recovery: Assist with residential activities, implement service plans, and provide support in daily living. Ensure Safety & Care: Manage medication according to NH guidelines and provide a safe, secure environment for residents. Requirements What We’re Looking For: A passion for the mental health field and helping others thrive. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse population. Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Previous experience in mental health or direct care setting is a plus! What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services is required. A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, allowing us to meet the needs of those we serve. CPR certification is required, or a willingness to obtain certification as part of your professional development. MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification is necessary, or the ability to pursue this certification. He-M 1202 (Medication Management) certification is required, or the capability to achieve this certification.
