Job Title: Kitting Specialist

Job Description

This role supports a warehouse operation by performing kitting, picking, packing, and general material handling tasks, including operating a forklift for one of the positions. You will work as part of a smaller, close-knit team to accurately assemble kits, prepare orders, and maintain organized inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and kit materials according to work orders and instructions.

• Assemble components into complete kits with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Perform order picking to fulfill customer and internal requests in a timely manner.

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials (for one of the positions).

• Support general warehouse activities, including packaging, labeling, and staging materials.

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time order completion.

• Follow standard operating procedures and report any issues or discrepancies to leadership.

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse experience.

• Experience with kitting, including assembling components into complete kits.

• Ability to perform pick and pack tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods in a warehouse setting.

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and confidently (for one of the roles).

• Comfort working as part of a smaller team and contributing to shared goals.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and cycle counting.

• Experience in general labor or packaging within a warehouse environment.

• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

Work is hands-on and fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and maintaining an organized workspace. Dress is typical warehouse attire appropriate for physical work and safe equipment operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
