Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

Overview National Addiction Specialists is a growing addiction medicine clinic dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome substance use disorders including opioid addiction. We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help us find compassionate, high-quality staff who share our mission of compassionate, evidence-based care. Position Overview This is an excellent entry-level, part-time opportunity (16–20 hours per week in-person) for someone looking to break into recruiting or HR while working in a meaningful healthcare environment. You’ll support our hiring efforts by handling the day-to-day coordination of our recruitment process. No prior recruiting experience is required — we will train the right person! What You’ll Do Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms Screen resumes and applications Schedule phone screens and in-person interviews Coordinate with clinic leadership and hiring managers Maintain our applicant tracking system and candidate database Help with reference checks and onboarding paperwork Assist with special recruiting projects as needed What We Offer Pay: $20–$22 per hour based on experience Sign-on bonus Clear path to full-time role as the clinic continues to grow Meaningful work in a fast-growing addiction medicine practice Supportive team environment with training and mentorship Schedule & Location Part-time: 16–20 hours per week (flexible schedule within clinic business hours) Fully in-person at our headquarters office Who We’re Looking For Extroverted optimistic personality with a positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Genuine interest in helping people Comfortable with Google Workspace and learning new systems Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site If you’re excited to help build a team that changes lives, we want to hear from you!
