The Role We are looking for an experienced HR Program Manager to join the Ads and Partnerships HR team. You will own work that requires cross‑organizational coordination, regional collaboration, and the delivery of complex, multi‑stakeholder programs. The successful candidate is highly organized, moves quickly, writes clearly, and treats data and AI as core tools. You’ll build things that don’t yet exist, keep a distributed team aligned across time zones, make good calls in ambiguous situations, and influence outcomes across teams that don’t report to you. Key Responsibilities Lead complex, cross‑functional HR programs end‑to‑end. Partner with HR leadership to project‑manage strategic initiatives across multiple regions and stakeholder groups, building project plans, managing timelines, and keeping interconnected workstreams on track. Own the operational backbone of the HR team. Drive smooth execution of key people processes, compensation planning, 360 feedback cycles, employee surveys, manager development programs, and onboarding improvements, ensuring all details are tracked and loops closed. Keep the team informed and aligned. Build and maintain the communication and coordination infrastructure a globally distributed HR team depends on: update digests, cross‑regional meeting materials, and agendas that turn busy recurring meetings into useful ones. Build people analytics and insights. Develop frameworks to track and report on key HR metrics, leveraging insights to sharpen decision‑making and proactively bring the numbers to conversation. Write clearly and with judgment. Document global decisions into memos, share guidance transparently, and craft communications that drive decisions and alignment. Leverage AI and technology proactively. Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize data, improve work quality, and find better ways to solve HR problems. What We’re Looking For Strong program management instincts: managed complex, multi‑track projects in a matrixed environment, prioritizing under pressure, tracking details, and delivering in fast‑moving, ambiguous contexts. Clear, confident written communication: able to write memos, weekly updates, or sensitive communications and adjust tone and depth for each audience. Analytical capability: comfortable structuring and interpreting data, identifying patterns, and translating analysis into recommendations. Business curiosity: eager to learn the business and use that context to make better HR decisions. Bias for action: make sound calls with incomplete information and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions. Genuine AI fluency: already using AI tools to improve work or actively building that practice, seeing technology as a meaningful shift in scaling execution. Comfort with global complexity: worked across regions or time zones, adapting programs for different cultural, legal, and organizational contexts without losing coherence at the center. Experience 3+ years as a Program Manager organizing, managing, and executing complex projects, ideally within HR or related spaces. Relevant HR experience partnering with managers on employee lifecycle touchpoints. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics tools. Experience in a fast‑paced, matrixed, global organization. This is a hybrid role and can be based out of our office locations in Los Gatos, Los Angeles, or NYC. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; there are no bonuses. You choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $184,000.00 – $330,000.00.
