Hybrid APAC Multinational Client Manager

Assistant Client Manager - Multinational Hub We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational Client Servicing team at Marsh Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a highly motivated, professional and fast-growing broking team within the Multinational Client Servicing division of Marsh Singapore. Sitting within the Risk Management segment, this specialist team provides APAC client servicing for Marsh’s largest multinational clients, exposing you to global clients and Marsh’s international network to ensure seamless client servicing delivery from Marsh Teams in APAC. We will count on you to: Manage Multinational Client Servicing by working with Producing offices and local Marsh offices across geographies to support global clients' operations in the APAC region Deliver prompt and accurate processing of clients’ insurance requests and ensure overall client servicing Support Specialty Engagement & Placement including major insurance renewals, pre-renewal data gathering, renewal discussions, and post-renewal activities such as policy documentation and training support Drive digital tools implementation and adoption with clients, partnering closely with internal teams to support both internal team and external clients’ adoption of Marsh systems and tools Implement action plans, monitor progress, assure service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience within the general insurance industry Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent; ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage What makes you stand out: Strong negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills Highly motivated, team player with good interpersonal skills Ability to navigate swiftly in a fast-paced environment Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
