Industrial Maintenance Journeyman

Requirements

• Successful completion of maintenance aptitude test.
• Successful completion of interview process and hands on test.
• Candidate must become a member of the local union.
• Must be able to work 10-hour shifts and occasional overtime.

Experience Requirements

• Self-directed and motivated.
• Candidate must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects and issues. Must work well under pressure.
• Candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management.
• Knowledge and experience including but not limited to welding, pipefitting, rigging and general mechanical trades.
