CareCore at Heritage is looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team! If you're passionate about resident care, enjoy mentoring staff, and thrive in a fast-paced long-term care environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Weekend on-call rotation required

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned nursing unit

• Oversee scheduling for Nurse and STNA staff

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care planning

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes

• Monitor documentation, quality measures, and clinical performance

• Assist with surveys, audits, and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio LPN or RN license required

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• PointClickCare (PCC) experience required

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a resident-centered approach
