LPN/RN 

ONE SHIFT PER WEEK!  NIGHT SHIFT 7P-7A

To Qualify as an LPN:

• Current State License as an LPN
• Prior experience working with the elderly population
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
• Empathy and care for those that need help
• Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as an LPN Include:

• Administer medications and treatments to residents as per physician orders
• Maintain accuracy of patient records including charting as needed
• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely
• Assist physicians during rounds
• Provide guidance and training for aides
• Demonstrates proficient nursing skills
