We look for someone who ensures precision and reliability through testing and calibration so machines are ready to serve our customers.* Repaints parts, touches up paint, and applies decals to welders to maintain a professional appearance.* Ideally, you will identify and update parts while completing essential preventative maintenance.* Coordinates parts ordering as required to ensure the team can complete repairs efficiently.* Inspects returned equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any necessary care.* Skilled in using a forklift, pallet jack, or other necessary equipment to organize required parts in the shop.* Fosters a clean and organized work environment for the benefit of the whole team.* Prepares and completes documentation for all machine repairs.* Occasionally provides on-site service to support our equipment and customers.* Nurtures open communication with all branch personnel.* Occasionally fosters understanding with customers regarding the most effective equipment for their projects.* Supports field operations as needed to reach our shared business goals.* Performs other related duties as a collaborative team member.## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## ## Are you a MATCH?****Required***** High School Diploma required.* A Valid Driver License and good driving record****Preferred Qualifications***** 1 year of related technical experience; we welcome those early in their career or transitioning from similar fields.* A working knowledge of power generating and welding equipment is a plus.* Thoroughness and care in technical tasks, paired with solid organizational skills.* Ability to multi-task and thrive with trusted autonomy while staying connected to team goals.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**Benefits**We care about and support our Airgas Families.
