Shift Lead Opportunity At New City Microcreamery

Here at New City Microcreamery, we feel that above all else, it's the people that matter most. Our incredible staff are the crown jewels of New City and we're looking for an aspiring leader to join our team part-time year-round as a Shift Lead at our Sudbury or Hudson location.

Your playground:

Supervising Front of House operations
Mentoring and training scoopers
Opening and/or closing the shop
Handling transactions and deposits
Creating waffle cone masterpieces
Maintaining the shop's allure
Engaging guests and making them feel cherished
Protecting company assets
Adding value to the guest experience

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Mentoring and training prowess
Communication wizardry for conflict resolution and team direction
Strong attention to detail. We use Restaurant365, Toast, and Paycom to streamline processes.

Your schedule:

2-5 shifts per week, 12-32 hours/week.
Daytime or evening shifts available
Weekdays, and some weekends and holidays

As for the perks:

Pay rate: $16/hour to start, plus tips (Tip game strong, adding $6-$10/hour extra to your pocket - varies by location)
