Job Description: Job Summary The Disbursements Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing cash disbursements. This role ensures efficient handling of financial analysis, reporting, and customer relationship management, contributing to effective financial operations and organizational growth. Essential Job Responsibilities Analyze and manage cash disbursements. Conduct financial analysis and reporting. Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders. Document and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Support the full life cycle of financial operations, including disbursements and reconciliations. Collaborate with finance team members to improve financial processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Skills: Analytical Thinking Cash Disbursements Communication Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Analysis Detail-Oriented Financial Accounting Financial Analysis Financial Reporting and Analysis High Accuracy Certifications: Financial certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
