Wellfit provides access to treatment and care of all by removing financial barriers.As we scale, we're seeking a strategic and detail-driven Senior Accountant to own critical elements of our financial operations. This high-impact role will partner directly with leadership to drive financial clarity, operational efficiency, and scalable processes—paving the way for Wellfit's continued growth and market expansion.What You'll Own:Lead all month-end and year-end close processes with speed, accuracy, and audit readiness.Own AR/AP workflows, invoice management, and reconciliations—ensuring financial integrity across the board.Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis that shapes business decisions.Build and maintain accounting infrastructure in partnership with our FP&A and operations teams.Continuously refine accounting procedures to support automation, scalability, and best-in-class compliance.Contribute to cash flow forecasting and optimization across multiple business units.Interface directly with external auditors and drive successful audit outcomes.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.3+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years in high-growth environments (a hybrid of both ideal).Hands-on experience across the full accounting lifecycle: AR/AP, cash management, purchasing, and expense control.Expertise with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.Deep fluency in GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance.Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Why Wellfit?Make an Impact: Your work will directly shape the financial backbone of one of the most innovative healthcare fintech companies in the U.S.Work Flexibly: Hybrid model based in Dallas with 3 days/week in-office.Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, and generous PTO.Invest in Your Future: Competitive salary, bonus eligibility, and 401(k) matching.Fast-Growth Environment: A rare opportunity to grow with a profitable startup on a national trajectory.$95,000 - $110,000 a year Alongside a competitive annual bonus, we offer a 401(k) with up to a 4% match, generous paid time off, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
