Food and Beverage Manager

Job Overview This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus with additional milestones: $500 after 90 days and $1,000 after 5 months. Primary duty: oversee safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and other outlets. The F&B Manager supervises staff to deliver excellent guest service and promote hotel profitability. Responsibilities Supervise staff to ensure high-quality guest service. Oversee safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and other outlets. Promote hotel profitability through effective staff management. Qualifications Minimum 2 years supervisory customer service experience. At least 1 year full-service dining experience; management experience preferred. High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience. Technical Skills Knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of restaurant service. Proficiency using numbers and a calculator.
