The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.The Facilities Engineer will be based in Milpitas, CA, reporting to the Sr Director, Facilities applies engineering values to design, modify or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.Responsibilities:Research facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to define designs which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods.Research engineering proposals, process requirements and related technical data pertaining to industrial facilities machinery and equipment design.Defines feasibility of designing new plant facilities equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning and other technical and economic factors.Provides technical facilities information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties and process advantages and limitations which affect long range plant and product engineering planning.Compiles and research facilities research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment.Studies engineering and technical publications to keep abreast of technical changes and developments in industry.Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.Guides projects and project teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience and training.Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.Critical Power Industry experience preferredExperience in Clean rooms preferredWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementThe base pay range for this position is provided below.
